This is one of my favorite cakes ever. I made it for my Mom's 50th birthday last fall ... not only was it beautiful, it was YUMMY!!!! Cream cheese frosting with marshmallow fondant embellishments.
This was for the Girl Scout UniquelyME! Quinceañera party. Since it was a group quince party, I made individual cakes for each quinceañera to take home from the party. Their theme was "Walk the Red Carpet"
